Lesson 4: Perfect, flat toned abs – just for you…
There are HUNDREDS of exercise you can do to tone up your stomach muscles, to give you a flat sexy stomach or if you want, a rippling six pack.
But here I’m going to share with you 7 of my favourite exercises, that I’ve found really helped me…
1- Abdominal Crunches with Raised Legs
5- Exercise/Swiss Ball Crunches
I’ve actually started moving more and more towards using the Swiss ball in every session, it’s brilliant, and great for improving core strength. You can pick one up for about £5/$10, and if you go to Youtube.com, you’ll find 100s of videos with loads of great exercises to work your abs to keep your exercises varied.
Exercising to build stronger, great looking abs is only a small piece of the puzzle for having a healthy life and body. It can take a lot of effort to perform some of these exercises when you are only just starting out, so be careful and seek professional advice. A fool-proof way to get a six pack, such as the Beyond Six Pack Abs Website is a great starting point if you want to short-cut your way to perfect abs.
Don’t forget you can’t spot reduce fat. Exercising to solely target your abs to try and get a six pack or flat toned stomach won’t work. You need a full body workout, which involves cardiovascular training and resistance training, as well as a healthy diet. You have to burn off those layers of fat to reveal the abs below…
It’ll take time and effort, but the results and rewards and worth it!

22|Dec|2008 2great abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. all of the abdominal training in the world won’t allow you to see them if the body fat percentage isn’t low enough. abdominal training is easy, getting body fat low enough to see the entire abdominal wall is not. this is why so very few people have a visible six-pack with out flexing.
