How To Exercise For Maximum Weight Loss

To get rid of that belly fat and to burn off those love handles you have to do a whole lot more than simply a few ab exercises to reveal those abdominal muscles. Here’s why…

If you have excess fat around your middle, your first goal is to start burning some fat, as your ab muscles are hidden under layers of fat tissue. If you just do exercises to work your abs, you will develop strong abdominal muscles, but until you start training to burn off the fat your won’t see the results you want.

You have to burn some fat and lose some weight around your mid-section, so those strong, rippling abdominals can be seen.

The Big Weight Loss, Fat Burning Myth

The big myth you see everywhere, is that you can “spot reduce” fat from specific areas of your body. Meaning people claim you can lose weight/burn fat from one target area of your body…

This is the biggest load of B.S.

It doesn’t work and it won’t work.

So if you want to lose weight from your middle, or from your thighs, just working the muscles in those areas alone won’t help. If you do sit-ups or crunches all day, you’ll just give yourself a bad bad and neck.

You are unlikely to lose weight.

Toning and strengthening the muscles is important for flattening and sculpting your ab muscles, but won’t help you burn the fat stored in the fat tissue sitting on top of them.

Change your focus…

Rather than focussing all your energy on trying to burn fat from specific areas of your body, you need to aim to improve your overall fitness, burn fat from your entire body.

The larger fat reserves are usually the first to go anyway.

It’s the most effective and efficient way to lose weight and drop pounds fast.

FORGET spot reducing.
