I hope you’re thinking, “Ian that’s total B.S.”.

Good because it means you’ve been paying attention.

If you’ve followed this course step-by-step, lesson by lesson, you’ll know by now that statement is wrong, wrong, WRONG.

It’s not possible to do a few abs exercises (sit ups) and get a toned, lean and strong mid-section.

  1. Burn fat using high intensity cardio workouts, they don’t have to take long and when done right are definitely not boring (e.g. HIIT; see Turbulence Training)
  2. Burn more fat, tone and strengthen your muscles with resistance/weight training (e.g. bench press, dead lift, squats; see The Truth about Burning Fat, it covers a very big range of resistance/weight training exercises)
  3. Eat a healthy nutritious diet, to speed up your fat burning and muscle growth/toning (e.g. lots of fruit, vegetables and eat at the right times; see Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle for fat burning foods)
  4. Relax and de-stress, you’ll live longer, lose weight easier and have a much happier life as a result.

All these components will not just help you lose weight, but they’ll also improve your overall health and quality of life. You’ll get the body you dream of, AND be a much happier and fulfilled person in the process.
