Thanks for the comment, I’m glad you have enjoyed the messages I’ve sent you. I’m assuming my “more detail” in terms of workout lessons, you mean how to actually physically do the exercises I mention?
I added a new post yesterday (?) that kind of covers what you want. There’s 7 hard workouts for you to watch (yes, videos!) with a range of different exercises for you to include in your training sessions. Here’s the link: 7 Workouts To Burn Fat and Build Muscle. Also here’s a PDF for a 4-week workout program with pictures you can follow.
To answer you first question regarding the diet plans/menus, I have a sample of meal daily plans I refer to, from 800 calories per day to 2000 calories per day. The great thing about them is they take the thinking out of what to eat each day.
The plans are in rough format for my personal use, so I’ll do a deal, if I get 5 comments or questions on this page in the next 72 hours, I’ll spruce the meal plans up and make them available for everyone to download. 21|Oct|2008 3Many thanks for your interesting reports- i am currently trying to lose weight (1st 4lbs up to now) after gaining weight after stopping smoking, i am working out 5 times a week & very intested in diet fitness etc so as i have very little free time when i can read (& it actually sinks in) i have planned a free weekend away to read them all-regards

Congratulations, 1st 4lbs is great going! I find the best way to handle all the information is to find one author/expert whose style I like, then I focus on learning and applying the info step-by-step.

26|Oct|2008 5Hi-have already left a comment-but your email sounded like you neede a review so..it’s a website packed full of useful info-some parts are a bit full on for me- i tend to skip chunks -bullet points work for me but that is a personal thing -maybe others like it-im sure time will tell bit it’s certainly got everything you need -well done

29|Apr|2009 7I am training now 3 years, completed various weight and cardio programmes. I have yet to completely burn off my stomach fat. I have gained strength, fitness and muscle but could never get my body fat below 14%. I have tried all the suggeted diets. I am 6.2 and 90kg and my body fat is between 17 and 19% at the moment. any suggestions???
