What I Don’t Like:
There’s too much stuff.
Is that really a negative?
I have the attention span of a six year old, which is why it takes me ages to do anything. At first I found everything a bit overwhelming, all the different modules, bonuses, videos etc. to be honest I panicked.
Fortunately Sean has now included a quick start guide of things to do, step-by-step. He’s also broken down the separate modules into smaller chunks which helps my ‘grass hopper like’ brain focus.
It would also have been nice to have got a bigger discount than 40% off his Truth About Muscle eBook/System, but looking at it I guess he’s put a lot of work into it as well. I supposed he didn’t have to give a discount at all – so for some it might be a bonus.
Verdict:
I like how Sean goes into detail on the importance of good nutrition AND exercise for fat burning. Many fitness ebooks and diet plans, tend to focus on one aspect at the expense of the other. Personally I can’t stress enough how important it is for long term weight loss to combine BOTH healthy eating and the right types of exercise, Sean nails both nicely.
It’s not cheap, but is anything these days (It cost me £40 yesterday to fill up my car with petrol £1.188/litre!)?
While the course is not cheap, it is comprehensive, and having read through the book, and almost all the extra models I can say it probably gives you 80% of what you need to take your body, put it on the line and finally get the sort of body you deserve.
Only 80%?
Yep – the other 20% has to come from within yourself, from your determination and persistence to follow your dreams, to achieve the goals you set for yourself. If you just buy the system, and don’t do anything with it, you won’t progress, you won’t get the movie star figure that everyone dreams of.

23|Mar|2010 1It’s pretty awesome having nutrition as my life. I always tell people when they ask me what kind of supplements to take. Start with the basics and get some whey protein as a body building supplement then if you want, try an EFA stack for weight loss. As always throw in a multivitamin.
