Who Else Wants To Get Stunning Six-Pack Abs?

Below you’ll find everything you need to know to get six pack abs.

How to use the workouts…

1 – Watch the videos and learn the different exercises you can do and learn which part of your abs they work.

2 – You can follow one workout or mix and match exercises from different workouts to create your own unique system. As you get more experienced you’ll find exercises that you can get the most out of.

3 – Finally, remember you’ll only get a six pack once you drop below 10% body fat. If you don’t do your cardio training and eat healthily you won’t get a six pack. If you need help on these aspects read my free fat burning course.

6 Common Mistakes People Make When Trying To Get A Six Pack:

This little video is a nice presentation that reveals some of the common mistakes and myths that people make. Watch this video first so you better understand ‘how’ you should be working your abs. The Truth About Getting A Six Pack:

More common sense tips to think about before you get started…

Sample Workouts

Some of these workouts I believe are based on exercises by the team at the Beyond Six Pack Abs Website, while others are by Craig Ballantyne of Turbulence Training, and a range of author authors.

3 TT Ab Exercises:

This video is by the guy from Turbulence Training – these are 3 good exercises. Personally I think the ab wheel sucks! There are other exercises you can do which are better which don’t required gimmicky gear.

A High Intensity 5 Minute Ab Workout:

When you start using resistance training on your abs, as shown in this video, you’re ab muscles will really start to grow! But gradually build yourself up first.

The 15 Minute Ab Tone Up Workout:

This video covers a load of exercises, and has some good core strength exercises. You won’t get rippling abs from doing these exercises, but if toning up and flattening your abs is the goal these are ideal. Ignore what she says about not warming up – your abs are like any other muscle – get warm first!

Dave, from Ford Models, Favourite Ab Exercises:

More great ab exercises to put in your routine. My big problem is that Dave recommends working your abs 4 times a week – which is way to much, if it works for him, then great, but for most normal people this is too much. Your muscles won’t be able to recover quickly enough in between sessions to build and grow.

Two Minute Quickie Tone Up:

A nice quick 2 minute ab workout, remember when doing crunches do not pull on the back of your neck!

Lower Ab Exercises:

This guy is not the most exciting, but the content is top-notch.

Diet.com Upper & Lower Ab Workout:

This looks at one simple exercise you can do to target both your upper and lower abs. Just don’t bend your neck as much as the second women in the video. When you watch it, look at how bent it is, especially towards the end – you’re neck and spine should be more in-line.

Killer Ab Circuit:

This one burns – try keeping the same intensity as Vince and you’ll see what I mean! It’s really important to listen when he says to drive your lower back into the mat when doing leg raises – you don’t want it to arch or come off the floor.
