  • Try to train with a friend or family member. It’s great for motivation and you can push and challenge each other. If no one wants in, join a few classes, meet a few people and you’ll quickly make some new friends.
  • Become a time management freak! Once you have control over every second of your day you’ll quickly be able to fit your training regime into your week.
