I like your lesson 2. It has many details one can learn about and do the prevention to lessen lovehandles fats including the action to reduce blood sugars level.

For example, stop eating bad foods or fatty foods.

I look forward to see your article on firing up the fat burning cylinders.

@Celeste, what are you doing in terms of your diet? Are you ensuring that you're in calorie deficit (see Calories in vs Calories Out)?

@Sophie, to be honest I don't really know much about psoratic arthritis, I can only recommend you consult your doctor about the best way to exercise without causing additional discomfort. Your best weapon for fat loss will be through your diet.

@Keith, GREAT progress keep it up, but one thing at a time (for now). Given the quantity of cardio sessions you do each week the first thing I would do is re-examine your diet; if you want to keep losing weight you need to be in calorie deficit (see Calories in vs Calories Out)...are you training more and eating more - cancelling your deficit? Count calories over a couple of weeks and see where you are at. Keep dropping your body fat % and muscle definition will come as a bi-product. Secondly, I'd mix up your cardio sessions to keep challenging your body (it adapts quickly), drop a HIIT session for a longer mid-intensity run / row / swim etc...
