General Questions:
Q.1. Why do all the products you review have high ratings?
I only review the best products. (If you want to know which ones to avoid, I mention a few names when you sign up for the Free Reports I offer.) All the products I review are ones which I have personal experience with. There are thousands on the market, but if they don’t get my attention, I don’t get them, and I won’t review them.
My credibility and reputation are also on the line, I won’t review garbage because I’d be doing you a disservice. Research has shown that people will buy products even when reviewed negatively. I’d rather just leave them alone and stay quiet – unless they’re dangerous or downright scams. When you invest in something based on a recommendation from me, I want you THRILLED with your decision, not just happy.
Q.2. If I could only invest in one product which should I get?
One size doesn’t fit all. One product that is right for me, may be totally wrong for you. It depends on your goals, your lifestyle, your current level of fitness, how much weight you need to lose, your style of learning, etc. there’s too many variables to mention. It’d be like a personal trainer giving the same workout routine to a fit guy/gal trying to lose 5 pounds and also to a seriously overweight guy/gal trying to lose 100 pounds.
If you read the reviews and also the actual product sales descriptions you should be able to determine in your own mind what is right for you.
But I can make some generalisations:
Turbulence Training is for some one who has kept fit in the past, may have slacked off, and needs a kick in the butt to get back into great shape. The workouts are intense and not suited to someone heavily overweight.
Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle is a more rounded course with a heavy emphasis on diet and nutrition, ideal for anyone who needs to lose a lot of weight and who can’t really exercise at a high intensity.
The Real Deal Body Transformation System is also a complete course, emphasising the importance of diet, cardio and weight training. The author has a solid background in big muscle growth, and it would suit someone looking not just to lose fat and tone up, but someone wanting to lose fat and get big muscles too.
Q.3. Why is your fat burning course free?
Simple – everyone needs the information, I’ve got some knowledge and want to share it. It’s also a great learning mechanism for myself, as I test out and try new things as I research the material I put on the website. Which means I get in better shape too

Questions about fat burning:
Q.4. Which type of cardio burns most calories?
High intensity interval training, aka. HIIT – it works like a charm. But you must combine it with a healthy diet, weight training and is only one aspect of your training program.
As an exercise, per hour, running probably burns the most calories. But the number of calories burned is linked to the intensity that you train at, so if you don’t work hard, you won’t burn many calories. With HIIT the objective is to burn as many calories as possible in a short space of time, so you can get on with doing other things.
Q.5. I want to lose 10-15 pounds in a month, is it possible?
Yes of course it is possible. Experts suggest that losing 2 pounds of fat per week is a safe rate of fat loss, and the slower you lose it, generally, the longer it’ll stay off. But you’ll need to get your diet and exercise routine right from day one. You probably won’t start seeing noticeable results until the end of week 2, so be prepared to motivate yourself and keep the end result in mind.
Q.6. I need to lose 70lbs in 6 months, is it possible?
Hell yeah! The same as it is possible to lose 10lbs in a month. But you have to get organised. Get yourself ready for war.
You have to get a plan of attack, that’ll will carry you from point A to point B. If you just try to do it without a plan, you’ll lose motivation, get distracted and then wonder what happened. So you need a road map to get you there…So before you do anything, get PLANNING.
You can’t build a house without instructions – it’s the same with long term fat loss.
1 – Set you goal, visualise it, feel it – this is your motivation and inspiration.
2 – Fix your diet. Junk food, candy, sodas are all BANNED. You diet must be healthy and nutritious
3 – Weight/Resistance training. You must train with weights or with some resistance, this will tone and strengthen your muscles. As you build/tone muscles you’ll burn more fat, you’ll become stronger and you’ll be able to workout longer and hard.
4 – Cardiovascular Training – Get up a sweat, get out of breath. You need to be running, swimming or doing any intense cardio training that gets the blood pumping around your body.
Combine ALL these elements together in a consistent plan and you’ll turn your body into a fat burning machine, I guarantee it – I’ve done it.
Hire a personal trainer to help you fit ALL these elements into a system you can follow, and you’ll be 99% ahead of everyone else out there try to lose weight.

Q.7. What is the quickest way to drop a dress size, will crunches do it?
This is one of the biggest myths that I destroy in Lesson 3 of my Fat Burning Course, look for the heading, “The Big Weight Loss, Fat Burning Myth”.
Crunches alone won’t lose you ANY belly fat, you’ll strengthen the muscles beneath the fat layers and maybe (if you’re lucky) tone it up a bit.
If you follow the steps I outlined in Q.6. you’ll lose a dress size quickly.
Q.8. Are there any cardio exercises I can do at home?
Yes – loads! Check out YouTube.com, there’s are some excellent home training workouts you can follow.
